What is a COA?
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a document that communicates the results of a scientific test done on a product such as food or drugs. The COA also lists the chemicals used in the product's manufacturing and testing and is created to ensure all important regulations are met and complied with. A COA should always provide the following:
- Identify the Product.
- Determine Purity and Define the Quality for a Specific Batch or Lot.
- Convey Conducted Laboratory Tests and Examinations (Based on Set Product Regulations and Standards), the Limitations of the Tests or Examinations, and the Associated Results.
What to look for in a COA?
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
