We do not sell or share sensitive personal information, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. None of these has taken place in the twelve months before the effective date. We use sensitive personal information only to provide what you ask us for, so there is no further use for you to limit.

Email communications
We send order confirmations and shipping notices to the email address on your order. We send our newsletter only to people who have subscribed, and every issue includes an unsubscribe link. We do not send marketing text messages.

Refund and Returns Policy

‍This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. The only exceptions are the ones set out below. We prepare every order to the same standard; if something is wrong with yours, contact us first at info@constancecbd.com or +1 (510) 210-3916 with your order number. We answer within 48 hours.Damaged, defective, or incorrect itemsIf your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a photograph. We will send a replacement or refund the full amount you paid, including shipping, whichever you prefer. If we need the item back, we will provide a prepaid return label.ReturnsWe do not accept returns, whether the product is opened or unopened. Why we cannot accept returns
Our products are consumable, hemp-derived goods. Once a product leaves our facility, we can no longer verify how it has been stored or handled, so for safety and quality reasons, we cannot restock or resell it.

Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and the rest of this policy applies. Orders we cannot fillIf we cannot lawfully ship to your address, cannot verify the order, or cannot supply the product, we will cancel the order and refund you in full. If an accepted international order is stopped or returned by customs, we will refund the product price once the package comes back to us. Duties and taxes charged by your country are not refundable by us. Refused, undeliverable, or lost packagesRefused packages are not refunded. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery to a corrected address at your cost. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping notice, contact us. We will trace it with the carrier and replace or refund any order confirmed as lost.

How refunds are paid
Where a refund is due under this policy, it is issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of the date the refund becomes due. Your card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. We do not issue refunds in cash or to a different card.

Questions about a charge
‍Charges appear on your statement under the Constance Therapeutics name. If you do not recognize a charge or believe you were billed in error, contact us before disputing it with your card issuer. In most cases, we can resolve it the same day.

Shipping Policy
This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. We ship within the United States. Orders placed from outside the United States are not shipped automatically. We review each order and accept it only if the product may lawfully be exported from the United States and imported into your country. Hemp-derived and cannabinoid products are restricted or prohibited in many countries, so most international orders cannot be accepted. If we cannot accept your order, we will cancel it and refund you in full.If we accept an international order, you are the importer of record. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are your responsibility and are not included in the price or the shipping charge. We quote international shipping individually before the order is confirmed.The products sold on the Site are hemp-derived and contain hemp-derived delta-9 THC within the federal limit. State and local laws on hemp-derived products differ and are changing, and our products may not be legal in your state or country. We ship only to destinations where the product ordered may lawfully be sold and delivered. If checkout does not offer a shipping method for your address, we are unable to ship there. You are responsible for knowing the law where you live. If we accept an order and later determine that we cannot lawfully deliver it, we will cancel it and refund you in full.Products containing THC above the federal hemp limit are not sold or shipped through the Site.

Age requirement
Orders may be placed only by adults aged 21 and older. The carrier may require an adult signature and proof of age at delivery. Shipping rate and sales taxShipping within the United States is a flat rate of $30 per order, delivered by FedEx. The shipping charge and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery
Orders are typically processed within three business days. Delivery time after that depends on your location. You will receive an email with tracking details when your order ships. FedEx generally cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, so please provide a street address. I f we are unable to ship your order within 30 days of purchase, we will tell you and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before you submit your order. If you notice an error, contact us straight away, and we will correct it if the order has not shipped.
